Operator - free-shoutcast.com site owner and administrator of the servers on which the audio streaming is running.
User - a person who filled out the registration form and have registered an account in the free-shoutcast.com system.
The service - access to the streaming services offered by the operator.
Operator provides two types of services - basic, allowing the transmission of the audio over the internet, extra - extending the basic service with additional features and configuration options.
Terms of service - the following document, which was drawn up in several languages. In case of discrepancies, the Polish version shall prevail.
The rights and obligations of the User
The user is obliged to provide valid informations during the registration process.
User has the right to remove his data from the operator databases. For this purpose, please contact the operator.
User is obliged to comply with copyright and has permission for a public audio broadcasting.
You agree to use the services in the domain of the law of the Republic of Poland.
The user is obliged to observe the limits seted for his services.
User is obliged to notify the operator about all known cases of abuse of the Operators's infrastructure.
The user agrees to receive invoices electronically.
You agree to be cultural for the administrators, moderators, operators, technical assistances and other persons associated with the activities of the service.
Operator Responsibility
The operator has full rights to temporarily disable services ( maintenance purposes ) without informing users.
The operator has full rights to exclude services for an indefinite period, which badly affect the stable operation of the server.
The operator has full rights to remove or disable services for an indefinite period, where users do not follow the rules.
The operator is not liable for damage caused as a result of random events.
The operator is not liable for damages that are a result of user incompetence.
The operator is not liable for damages that are a result of break of the rules.
The operator is not liable for files and information that user entered into his account.
The operator collects for statistical information data provided in the tags ID3v2 and reserves the right to publish them.
Your personal data, which have been given to the operator, is treated as confidential and may be used only by the operator.
The operator is obliged to provide services at the highest possible level.
Paid services
Activation of a basic service is one-time. User need to send SMS. Its price, available mobile operators, and shortcode (phone number) are provided on registation page and are different for each country.
Additional services (if there is no other information) are valid 30 days.
In case of no payment operator will deactivate additional service and remove its data.
Final points
By accepting the terms and conditions you agree to receive newsletter sent by the operator.
Services, which will excessively burdensome operators infrastructure may be temporarily blocked or deleted.
Services, on which will be recorded no activity for 2 hours, will be disabled. To resume the operation you must log in to the control panel and run it again. Rule does not apply to services with ShoutCast PRO active option.
Services, on which will be recorded no activity for at least 7 days, will be deleted and port number forwarded for further use. Rule does not apply to services with ShoutCast PRO active option.
All services have monthly outgoing data transfer limit of 2 Tb, calculated for each of the first day of the month. Exceeding the limit will the effect of restricting outgoing data rates up to 2 Mb/s to the end of the month in which the limit has been established.
Terms of service applies to all services provided by the operator.
